Briefly in addition to our administration, contractor management and telephone support to the Directors and residents of your development these offer varying levels of attendance at the development by your property manager and the provision of financial information as follows:
Full Service Level
- Attend one Annual General Meeting
- Attend five Director’s meetings per annum
- Attend ten site visits per annum
- Provide monthly financial reports
Mid Service Level
- Attend one Annual General Meeting
- Attend two Director’s meetings per annum
- Attend four site visits per annum
- Provide quarterly financial reports
Value Service Level
- Attend one Annual General Meeting
- Attend one Director’s Meeting per annum to take place on the same evening as the Annual General Meeting
- Provide one financial report per annum
Finance Only Service
- Assist Directors in setting the service charge level then invoice and collect all monies on their behalf
- Pay all insurances and invoices
